Definitely Not Miserables
April 6, 2006I left the house with such a bad mood. Call the cause “pagbibiro sa bagong gising“. I was so grumpy, really.
But on my way home, the mood was quite the opposite…I was beaming from ear to ear, actually. Hehe! And why’s that? Well let’s just say I got somethin’ that I really wanted to have…a copy of the musical Les Miserables. Yep yep yep! I got it already. Had to deal with the vendor so that I could afford the copy. I ended up getting a 30Php discount on the actual price. Ahihihi…nice catch, huh? (But it’s a pirated copy…tsk tsk..naughty me. Walay kwarta pampalit ug orig uy! Daaaah!)
This Les Miserables musical is actually the Les Miserables in Concert. As in the musical that swept the world. The one that was performed in by 250 of the most brilliantly celebrated stars(including my ever favorite Lea Salonga) in the spectacular 10th Anniversary Gala Concert at Royal Albert Hall, London held on October 8, 1995.
I can’t wait to watch this. But I can’t watch it right now coz I’ve got..like…3 or 4 other videos yet that would be due this Sunday. Gotta watch em first so I wouldn’t need to pay any fine. And right now…will do just that. Ciao!
